The interest in fine mineral and spring waters, even in times of recession, continues to grow. Being at the interface with the consumer we are aware there is growing consumer awareness and appreciation of fine bottled waters. And as a new generation are raised on bottled water, more are discovering and appreciating unique waters, and trading up from 'convenience' to classic and contemporary 'premium' brands. On this theme, in 2008, we were invited to speak at the Arab Beverages Forum in Dubai. Most regional water bottlers were present, focused more on availability and sustainability, but there were also a contingent participating in the emerging premium bottled water sector which the UAE appears to have embraced wholeheartedly. Also in 2008 we attended the world's first premium bottled water summit in Barcelona, attended by over fifty delegates from over twenty countries. For most this was their first opportunity to meet face to face with suppliers and distributors, but also to discuss emerging trends and opportunities for the premium bottled water sector.


aquadeli - Top Shop awards finalist!

Thank you to all our loyal customers, without whom we wouldn't have a business to be judged a finalist in the New Startup category of the Retailers Association Top Shop Awards. We didn't attend the awards dinner, so it was a great surprise the following day to receive calls from customers and friends congratulating us on our success. Thank you!
