Terms of Supply

We ship product to most parts of the country, and internationally by arrangement. Wherever possible goods are dispatched as soon as possible following receipt of order (Mon to Fri). Although we aim to ship your goods the following business day, there may be reasons why we cannot dispatch your order within this time. In such cases we will contact you and you may at your discretion place your order on backorder or cancel. Shipping time to destination will depend on location. This may be affected by public holidays or other factors beyond our control. Damages should be advised within 5 working days of receipt of goods. Failure to advise of damages within 5 days may invalidate any claim. The Fair Trading Act and Consumer Guarantees act will apply where appropriate.

* Orders for Hauraki Gulf Islands will be delivered to Auckland Ferry Terminals or Domestic air terminal (Great Barrier Island) at Auckland Metro prices.

# Rural delivery charges of $4.00 may apply for areas outside main centres. Extra charges may apply to cases exceeding standard freight breaks (these are typically 24x500mL glass).

Shipping prices are per case and cumulative. Books, and other merchandise are shipped at a flat fee of $4.50 per item ordered. Please contact us if ordering books or merchandise in multiples, or if ordering with water, as we may be able to ship as one item.

International Shipping

If you have your own courier or freight forwarder we can arrange all local documentation and collection. We also use New Zealand Post for international shipments. Selecting the NZ Post logo below will take you to their online rate calculator. We ship using the International Courier Service (not Postal Service). Enter the following details for a quote.

We take all care when packing product to ship but accept no responsibility for damaged shipments. There are also some products we will not ship internationally.
