We represent a growing number of water brands directly and can offer competitive wholesale pricing on many of these products. We can also offer wholesale pricing on a number of local brands we act as sub distributor for. In many international cities, water bars and water menus are becoming commonplace and one means to gain valuable exposure. In fact the world's top restaurants, such as El Bulli in Spain, see this as an essential part of their service offering. If you are considering a water menu we can offer recommendations and guidence as well as tasting notes and suggestions for matching waters with food and wine. Service 101 tips for serving fine waters: Never serve ice in water (unless the customer asks for it). The ice will not be made from the same water (you wouldn't put ice in Champagne!) Never add a slice of lemon to the water (unless the customer asks for it). It may be nice garnish but it will detract from the flavour of the water (or lack of). Reserve some nice glasses for serving water (i.e. not beakers). Anyone ordering water does not want to be treated as a second class paying customer (remember margins on water can be as good as other beverages if promoted correctly). Serve the bottle with the water. Just like beer and wine, customers like to be seen as discerning.
