Trade Customers
We welcome trade inquiries. If you are considering adding a water to your menu, or even a water menu, we can offer recommendations and guidence as well as suggestions for matching waters with food and wine. Our prices for many waters are similar to wholesalers. We have no minimum order and we accept payment by credit card.

Tips for serving water:
  • Never add ice to water, unless the customer asks for it. The ice will not be made from the same water, you wouldn't put ice in Champagne!
  • Do not add lemon slices to water, unless the customer asks for it. It may be nice garnish but it will detract from the flavour of the water.
  • Reserve some nice glasses for serving water, not beakers.
  • Serve the bottle with the water. Just like beer and wine, customers like to be seen as discerning.
