aquadeli is a New Zealand based business. All prices quoted are in New Zealand dollars and include GST.
We use WooCommerce as our e-commerce partner. All online transactions are processed through eWAY, a secure online payments gateway.
We ship product to most parts of the country. Wherever possible goods are dispatched as soon as possible following receipt of order (Mon to Fri). We aim to ship goods the following business day. However, there may be reasons why we cannot dispatch your order within this time frame. In such cases we will advise you of delays. Shipping time to destination will depend on location. This may be affected by public holidays or other factors beyond our control.
We will try to accomodate changes in your circumstances. However, once an order has been shipped we are not obliged to accept cancellations. Cancellation of orders after payment, may incur a 5% penalty fee, to cover administration costs for processing credit card transactions.
Damages and Refunds
Damages should be advised within 5 working days of receipt of goods. Failure to advise of damages within 5 days may invalidate any claim. We will either refund or replace damaged goods to a similar value. The Fair Trading Act and Consumer Guarantees Act will apply where appropriate.
