OnePure is sourced from the Heretaunga Plains aquifer, located in Hawke’s Bay in the east of the New Zealand’s North Island. OnePure has a naturally alkaline pH of 8.0, with a water matrix of the sodium-bicarbonate type, naturally balanced and enriched with calcium, magnesium, potassium, chloride and sulphate.
OnePure is sourced from the Heretaunga Plains aquifer, located in Hawke’s Bay in the east of the New Zealand’s North Island. The aquifer, with enormous capacity, is fed from the native forests of Kaimanawa and Kaweka Ranges charging the Ngaruroro River, being the main source of recharge. OnePure is naturally artesian, with moderate levels of reactive silica providing a silky flavour on the palette. Delivery Times
Orders received before 10am will be prepared for same-day dispatch (Mon to Fri). Delivery is within 1-2 days to Auckland and North Island addresses. Please allow extra days for rural and South Island deliveries. There may be reasons why we cannot dispatch your order within this time frame. In such cases we will advise you of delays. Shipping time to destination will depend on location. This may be affected by public holidays or other factors beyond our control.

Cancellation Policy
We will try to accomodate changes in your circumstances. However, once an order has been shipped we are not obliged to accept cancellations.
Damages and Refunds
Damages should be advised within 5 working days of receipt of goods. Failure to advise of damages within 5 days may invalidate any claim. We will either refund or replace damaged goods to a similar value. The Fair Trading Act and Consumer Guarantees Act will apply where appropriate.
