EcoWai is bottled at source, at the world famous Blue Spring at Putaruru. The catchment from which water feeds the spring is the Mamakau Plateau in the isolated Central North Island of New Zealand. EcoWai water is tapped from 250m below the surface, flows at a rate of 42 cubic meters (42,000 liters) per minute, and maintains a constant year round temperature of 11 degrees celcius. It is a relatively soft water, naturally rich in silica, the beauty element. Available in eco-friendly BPA free 100% recycled PET (RPET).
Delivery Times
Orders received before 10am will be prepared for same-day dispatch (Mon to Fri). Delivery is within 1-2 days to Auckland and North Island addresses. Please allow extra days for rural and South Island deliveries. There may be reasons why we cannot dispatch your order within this time frame. In such cases we will advise you of delays. Shipping time to destination will depend on location. This may be affected by public holidays or other factors beyond our control.

Cancellation Policy
We will try to accomodate changes in your circumstances. However, once an order has been shipped we are not obliged to accept cancellations.
Damages and Refunds
Damages should be advised within 5 working days of receipt of goods. Failure to advise of damages within 5 days may invalidate any claim. We will either refund or replace damaged goods to a similar value. The Fair Trading Act and Consumer Guarantees Act will apply where appropriate.
