We care about water and we care about animals. That is why we created PAWS Water, so your best friend could enjoy a natural spring water as much as you do. Chances are if you’re not a fan of tap water, your best friend isn’t either. PAWS Water has no added chlorine, just natural spring water direct from the source, considered one of New Zealand’s purest. Dogs need up to 1L per 10kg of body weight every day. This will vary depending on your dogs breed, age, lifestyle, where you live and season. PAWS Water is also human friendly, should your best mate be in a sharing mood.
Please note, we have a minimum order of two Bag-in-Box 10L boxes to reduce average freight cost. These will be packed into a plain cardboard outer for shipping.
PAWS Water is sourced from the Otakiri Aquifer, considered one of New Zealand’s purest deep system aquifers in the Bay of Plenty of the North Island, and packed at the source. PAWS Water has no added chlorine or fluoride, just natural spring water direct from the source. PAWS Water is low minerality, soft and slightly alkaline, and rich in silica. The perfect water for everyday hydration. And we know you care about the environment because you care about animals. We chose a 10L ‘Bag-in-Box’ format for PAWS Water because we believe for now it is the most environmentally friendly packaging available and the most convenient pack size. A significant proportion of the materials that go into the PAWS Water box are recycled and recyclable. Human friendly too if your best mate is in a sharing mood.
Delivery Times
Orders received before 10am will be prepared for same-day dispatch (Mon to Fri). Delivery is within 1-2 days to Auckland and North Island addresses. Please allow extra days for rural and South Island deliveries. There may be reasons why we cannot dispatch your order within this time frame. In such cases we will advise you of delays. Shipping time to destination will depend on location. This may be affected by public holidays or other factors beyond our control.

Cancellation Policy
We will try to accomodate changes in your circumstances. However, once an order has been shipped we are not obliged to accept cancellations.
Damages and Refunds
Damages should be advised within 5 working days of receipt of goods. Failure to advise of damages within 5 days may invalidate any claim. We will either refund or replace damaged goods to a similar value. The Fair Trading Act and Consumer Guarantees Act will apply where appropriate.
