VOSS was founded in Norway over 20 years ago. VOSS artesian water is sourced from an underground aquifer deep beneath the surface, collected under layers of sand and gravel and naturally filtered from all contact with air and other pollutants, producing water of unparalleled purity. Purity is defined in part by Total Dissolved Solids (TDS), the mineral level found in bottled water, and VOSS’s TDS levels are extremely low compared to other leading bottled waters, giving it its clean, refreshing taste. Sustainability runs through the brand’s operations, with a focus on package optimisation, carbon footprint reduction and water stewardship – including a plant that runs on 100% renewable energy, a shift to regional suppliers, and a 90% reduction in solid waste.
Delivery Times
Orders received before 10am will be prepared for same-day dispatch (Mon to Fri). Delivery is within 1-2 days to Auckland and North Island addresses. Please allow extra days for rural and South Island deliveries. There may be reasons why we cannot dispatch your order within this time frame. In such cases we will advise you of delays. Shipping time to destination will depend on location. This may be affected by public holidays or other factors beyond our control.

Cancellation Policy
We will try to accomodate changes in your circumstances. However, once an order has been shipped we are not obliged to accept cancellations.
Damages and Refunds
Damages should be advised within 5 working days of receipt of goods. Failure to advise of damages within 5 days may invalidate any claim. We will either refund or replace damaged goods to a similar value. The Fair Trading Act and Consumer Guarantees Act will apply where appropriate.
